Return Policy

 

 

First and foremost, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.  If there is anything additional we can do for you to make sure this is the case, please don’t hesitate to let us know.  However, if for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please adhere to the following return policy:

 

Steps:

 

1.  Contact customerservice@goballzout.com and provide the following:  Your full name, invoice #, order #, item #(s) for the items(s) you are returning, return code (listed below), as well as a short description of why you are returning the item(s).

 

01     Doesn’t fit

02     Ordered wrong item

03     Changed mind

04     Wrong item shipped

05     Item not as described or pictured

06     Defective or damaged by manufacturer

07     Damaged by shipper

 

2.  Wait for us to send you a return authorization email.  Within this email, you will find additional instructions, as well a return authorization #.

 

RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 

3.  Return the item(s) according to the information found in your return authorization email. 

 

4.  Once the items are received, we will send you a confirmation email.  At this time, you should see any applied credits to your account.

 

The following conditions apply:

 

-Returns / exchanges will be accepted for up to 45 days.  The date of your invoice will be day 1.
 
-All returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original package.  All accessories and manuals must be included.  Clothing must be unwashed and not worn.  DVD’s must be un-opened.  Assembled boards cannot be returned. Examples of this includes skateboard decks with grip tape applied, or snowboards with bindings installed. 

 

-All boards/skis will break eventually.  Therefore, we will not accept returns due to improper use.  However, if you feel any damage was due to a manufacturer defect, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim.

 

-All refunds/exchanges that are not due to manufacturer defects will not include reimbursement of shipping, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If your return is deemed damaged or defective due to the manufacturer, or we sent you the wrong item (size, or color) you will not be responsible for these fees.

 

-GoBallzout.com will not accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the U.S. Postal Service.  This includes packages that are lost or damaged.  We highly recommend you send your returns via UPS or FedEx.

 

-Returns not accompanied by the original receipt, will not be accepted.

 

-Returns sent as a C.O.D will not be accepted.

 

-If any of the conditions in this policy are not met your purchased item(s) will be returned to you.
