General Shipping Policy:
GoBallzout.com offers UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping to all of our customers who place orders within the 48 continental states. At this time we do not ship to A.P.O. addresses.
Delivery and Lead Time:
Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time. An email will be sent to you with your tracking information when the package is in transit.
Standard UPS Transit Times:
· UPS Ground: 3-8 business days

2nd Day Air: 2-3 business days

Next Day Air: 1-2 business days
Ground Shipping:
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. There are instances where items may need to be shipped directly from a vendor's warehouse. In these instances, lead times may exceed 48 hours. In these cases, the specific lead times will be noted within the product description.
Express shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day):
These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends.
Items That Are Out of Stock:
You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. Once you receive this email, you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is back in stock. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be back in stock.
If you choose to remove the out of stock item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping applies to select items only. Offer does not include 1-day or 2-day shipping and handling charges, or orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. Free shipping pomotions may not be combined with other promotional offers or discounts or applied to previous orders.
